How results are ranked
Updated on 6 October 2026
Translation for information only: the French version prevails.
No carrier pays to be placed higher. The order of the results depends only on the criteria below, applied in the same way to all trips.
1. Distance: three groups
For each trip, we look for the pickup stop closest to your departure city and the delivery stop closest to your arrival city. The trip is placed in a group according to the side that is further away:
- On your way: a stop less than 50 km away, or you are in the area where the carrier picks up or delivers at home.
- A bit further: a stop less than 150 km away.
- Elsewhere between the two countries: a stop in the same country.
The groups are shown in this order. A trip that goes the other way, that is full or whose booking deadline has passed does not appear.
2. Within each group
Trips are ranked by a score that combines, in order of importance:
- proximity of the stops to your cities (about half of the score);
- date: a departure close to the start of the chosen period comes first;
- the Verified badge: a carrier whose identity and vehicle have been checked moves up the ranking;
- average rating from reviews: a better rating moves the trip up, a low rating moves it down.
Price is not part of this score, so as not to disadvantage carriers who offer more services.
3. Your choices
You can filter the results (online payment, door-to-door service, verified carriers, what you send) and change the order inside each group: earliest departure, lowest price for your weight, best rated. The distance groups keep their order. Online payment is only offered for carriers whose payment account is active.
These criteria may change, for example with new ways of sorting. This page is then updated.
