Only completed shipments can be reviewed

A review is always linked to a real shipment booked on Alo Transporteur. It can only be left once the shipment is complete (delivered, 48 hours passed with no problem reported, and the payment settled), for 14 days, and only once per shipment. The sender rates the carrier, and the carrier rates the sender.

This check is automatic: it is impossible to leave a rating without having completed a shipment with the person being rated.

Display

Reviews are shown from newest to oldest, with their publication date and the first name and last-name initial of their author. The average rating is the average of all ratings received, without weighting.

Reviews are neither bought nor selected: no review is highlighted or hidden in exchange for anything. A review cannot be changed after it is published.

Removing a review

A review is only removed if it is illegal or breaks these rules: insults, discriminatory remarks, personal data, content unrelated to the shipment. A review can be reported with the “Report this review” button or to contact@alotransporteur.com. Its author is told of the removal and the reason for it, and the review no longer counts in the rating.
